Ultra Servicios y Bienes Raíces U.P., S.A. was incorporated on January 11, 2006 — corporate ID 3-101-433820 — headquartered at the Main Building of the Ultrapark Free Zone in La Aurora de Heredia. It brings 20 years of continuous operations as the services company of Ultrapark Development Group.
Today the company serves 220,000 m² (2.4M sq ft) under contract with 250 direct employees, covering Heredia and San José.
