Training
The basic course required by private-security regulation plus site-specific induction: client protocols, access-control and CCTV systems, and emergency response.
Retention and welfare
Direct employment with social charges current at the CCSS and INS workers'-compensation coverage. Staff stability is reported as a contract KPI.
Emergency protocols and reporting
Every site runs written protocols for fire, evacuation, threats, medical emergencies and intrusion, aligned with the client's and the park's emergency plans.

- Immediate reporting of significant incidents with timeline and evidence.
- Monthly KPI report: tour compliance, response times and findings.
