Physical security

A security operating model built for free-zone facilities: licensed personnel, verifiable supervision, written protocols and reporting that stands up to a headquarters audit.

Operating model

  • Fixed and mobile posts 24/7, sized by a site risk assessment.
  • Operated access control: visitor, contractor and vendor accreditation per the client's procedure.
  • Scheduled guard tours with system verification — every checkpoint logs time and officer.
  • Continuous supervision with documented control visits on all shifts.
  • Coordination with park management and emergency services.

The company is registered and authorized by the Private Security Services Directorate of Costa Rica's Ministry of Public Security to provide services in the Physical Security classification, under resolution No. 0000000004-2024-RAS, valid from January 12, 2024 through January 8, 2029, with its agents registered in the ControlPAS system (Law 8395).

Screening and training

Screening

Background checks, employment references and the legal requirements for the private-security agent credential — before assignment to any post.

Training

Retention and welfare

Direct employment with social charges current at the CCSS and INS workers'-compensation coverage. Staff stability is reported as a contract KPI.

Emergency protocols and reporting

Every site runs written protocols for fire, evacuation, threats, medical emergencies and intrusion, aligned with the client's and the park's emergency plans.

  • Shift logbook recording events and incidents.
  • Immediate reporting of significant incidents with timeline and evidence.
  • Monthly KPI report: tour compliance, response times and findings.
  • When the contract includes technology, CCTV and access-control evidence feeds the same incident file.
