Method

SOPs, consumables and quality control

Documented SOPs

Every post runs written routines by area and frequency, with execution logs. Procedures are part of the contract file handed to the client.

Controlled consumables

Products with technical datasheets and SDS on site, controlled dosing and inventoried storage. Certified alternatives substituted on client request.

Inspections and quality

Documented inspections with per-area checklists, findings assigned an owner and due date, and follow-up to closure — all consolidated in the monthly site report.

Corporate facility corridor kept in order and cleanliness

Integrated with the rest of the operation

When the contract includes our technology line, cleaning is scheduled on data: BMS occupancy sensors drive frequency adjustments by actual use, and KPIs roll up into the same dashboard as security and maintenance.

All staff are enrolled with the CCSS (social security) and covered by INS workers'-compensation insurance, with certificates available for client audits.
